ACCESS ONLINE THERAPY FROM ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA

For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about the differences in the way we humans think, feel and behave. I have been a psychologist for over 15 years and have loved working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan. My experience has included working in prisons for a number of years, with children and adolescents in the child protection system, with people with disabilities and with a range of mental health difficulties.
My approach is person-centered and flexible. I use various evidence-based therapies depending on my clients’ goals, needs and preferences and have undertaken training in different approaches. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Functional Assessment and Positive Behaviour Support, and mindfulness-based interventions.
I pride myself on being compassionate and approachable, and enjoy working with young people and adults to identify goals and achieve positive outcomes. I believe it is important for my clients to feel emotionally safe and to have a connection based on compassion, understanding and hope.
